The Role:

1. Carrying out measured surveys and producing detailed reports bringing clarity and precision to inform key project decisions.
2. Leading contract administration and overseeing project delivery ensuring smooth progress and risk mitigation from start to finish.
3. Collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive results adding value through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
4. Advising on building regulations, defects, and overall asset strategy supporting compliance and long-term asset performance.
5. Supporting cost control and budget oversight (desirable, not essential) offering added value through commercial awareness and financial insight where applicable.

The Person:

1. You re an experienced Building Surveyor (intermediate to chartered).
2. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential.
