Job Title: Project Building Surveyor

Location: London

The Role of the Project Building Surveyor:

Are you a skilled Building Surveyor with Circa 5 years of experience, eager to advance your career? Join a thriving consultancy in London that's expanding its team and working on a variety of exciting public and private sector projects. This role offers the chance to grow professionally and work on a range of projects.


Key Responsibilities for the Project Building Surveyor:
  1. Project Delivery: Oversee projects from inception to completion, including feasibility assessments, procurement, contract administration, and ensuring timely quality deliverables.
  2. Client Liaison: Serve as the key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing regular updates, and managing expectations effectively.
  3. Compliance & Documentation: Coordinate with relevant authorities on building regulations, planning, and listed building applications, ensuring all required documentation is thorough and compliant.
  4. Team Support: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Education: Degree in Building Surveying or related field; MRICS qualification is not essential.
  2. Experience: 5 years of post-degree experience, with strong building surveying and project management skills across diverse project values.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Previous experience with public sector housing and education projects is beneficial, with commercial experience as a plus.
