A nationally successful property consultancy is looking for a dedicated Assistant Building Surveyor to join their well-established team in Birmingham.

The Building Surveyor’s Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Building Surveyor looking to further their career with exposure to a diverse mix of professional and project experience across multiple sectors.

The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a collaborative team of 12 Building Surveyors in Birmingham and a wider network of 150 Building Surveyors nationally, gaining invaluable, hands-on experience.

The role offers exposure to both professional services and project delivery, providing a well-rounded foundation for career growth.

Requirements

1. A degree in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
2. MRICS or actively working towards APC completion
3. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
4. Both project and professional experience within a similar consultancy environment
