Building Site Manager

Project: Upgrading of fire compartmentation within multi occupancy buildings
Region: Northampton
Duration: Initial contract 18 months
Start: August / September 2024

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for fire safety remedial works in an existing care facility. This role requires a good client-facing temperament as the building is occupied by elderly residents.

Responsibilities:

1. Liaison with our client’s teams
2. Managing a team of specialist trades working to a detailed programme
3. Removing internal and external building finishes
4. Inspecting fire compartmentation details
5. Reviewing with the client’s team and implementing upgrades
6. Producing daily records & reports

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants should have knowledge of both Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act, possess good communication skills, and be able to schedule the works and programme-relevant resources to achieve our client’s goals to a very high standard.
