Are you an experienced Building Services Manager?

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the selection of sub–contractors to tender from the supply chain
• Responsible for assisting with the management of the commissioning process and compliance of as-built and maintenance manuals
• Collate the team project reports and provide a summary report to the relevant director relating to the projects that you are aligned to
• Work closely with Design Teams to assist in Design Management of specific M&E Packages
• Review technical submittals from sub–contractors and provide input to bids / pre-construction/ project teams
• Manage the coordination of M&E Services on sites in conjunction with day-to-day project delivery team
• Checking quality of installations by sub-contractors on site
• Manage commissioning and sign off BS systems

What Are They Looking For?

• Someone from either a main contractor, consultancy and/or subcontractor background
• Experience of both mechanical and electrical services
• Experience of preconstruction and delivery
