Building Services Manager

Our Client is a major London based Fitout Main Contractor. This role exists within their Major Projects Division which covers Central London Projects. This M&E Manager position is initially based on a year-long large fitout refurbishment contract of an iconic, interesting building.

This company is looking for an M&E Building Services Manager (either Mechanical or Electrically biased, but you must have knowledge of both disciplines) from a fitout contractor background. This role is usually referred to as a Technical Services Manager (TSM) or Building Services Manager (BSM) position.

Previous M&E Management Installation management experience on fit out projects with a fitout contractor is essential.
