Salary: 65,000 – 70,000 + package

Building Services Manager required for a long-standing business specializing in high-tech and bespoke fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. Your workload will typically be in the North West and the Midlands.

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to take the lead on projects. Fit-out experience is highly desirable across commercial projects and commercial office-related work.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the MEP installation process from cradle to grave, ensuring a high-quality service to the client.
• Project Planning.
• Coordinating design on site and ensuring all is correct to programme and M&E installation.
• Procurement.
• Managing subcontractors and supply chain.
