Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £60k-70K depending on experience plus company benefits.

Location: Kent with the remote working

Role information: Our client is looking for a Building Service Manager to manage the various M&E related subcontractors through their COP design development, site installation and commissioning, and ensure all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the contract programme within the London Business.

This position is project based/office based (Kent), with flexibility for occasional remote working.

Ideally you will have:

1. A full understanding of detailed M&E procedures and will have a good level of technical and professional expertise.
2. Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on Education, Healthcare schemes between £10 and £40 million.

What are we looking for?

As an experienced Building Services Manager, you will have a good understanding of construction techniques and a HNC (or equivalent). You will have the ability to produce M&E design, installation and commissioning programmes and you will have a good level of understanding of Breeam.
