Building Services CAD/BIM Technician

As a proven Building Services CAD Technician, you will have a track record working on complex major Building Services Projects. You will possess a proven background working site or office-based doing full Public Health, mechanical and electrical drawings using the latest AutoCAD release software with a full understanding of on-site coordination.

Responsibilities include:

1. AutoCAD, STP uploads and downloads, modifications to drawings, and 3D drafting.
2. Demonstrating BS experience on CAD.
3. Working as a co-ordination drafter within a professional office-based team.
4. Being results-driven and able to work at a fast pace with energy and focus.

You will have previously worked as a Building Services CAD Technician.
