Building Services CAD/BIM Technician

As a proven Building Services CAD Technician, you will have a track record of working on complex major Building Services Projects. You will possess a proven background working site or office-based, doing full Public Health, mechanical, and electrical drawings using the latest AutoCAD release software with a full understanding of on-site coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. AutoCAD, STP uploads and downloads
2. Modifications to drawings
3. 3D drafting
4. Building Services experience on CAD

You will have the drive and confidence to work in a professional office-based team.
