About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Building Safety Relationship Manager to oversee and maintain effective relationships between freeholders, managing agents, resident management companies (RMCs), and other stakeholders. This is a vital role, ensuring the successful delivery of building safety and remediation projects across a large portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for relationship management between stakeholders.
2. Manage a large portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with building safety regulations and effective communication throughout.
3. Oversee building remediation projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
4. Facilitate collaboration between freeholders, managing agents, and RMCs, resolving any issues proactively.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. Proven experience managing a large portfolio within the property or real estate sector.
2. Strong expertise in delivering building remediation projects.
3. Strong rapport building & people skills.
4. A background in working for a managing agent or freeholder is essential.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. A desire to make a difference!
