We have an opportunity for a Building Safety Manager to join our team, based in London. The main purpose of this role is to manage the Building Safety function across allocated high risk properties within the Sanctuary property portfolio, ensuring full and auditable compliance.
The role is primarily focused on buildings in scope of the Building Safety Act. This includes social housing and student flats in Zone 1-2 of London and surrounding areas.
