Temporary position for up to 18 months
We have an opportunity for a Building Safety Manager to join our team, based in London. This is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. The main purpose of this role is to manage the Building Safety function across allocated high rise properties within the Sanctuary property portfolio, ensuring full and auditable compliance.
The role is primarily focused on buildings in scope of the Building Safety Act. This includes social housing and student flats in London and surroundings.
