Role: Building Safety Consultant/ Building Regs Principal Designer

Location: Leeds or York projects across the North West

Sector: Multi-disciplinary property & construction consultancy

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + attractive benefits package

Are you a Registered Architect or Architectural Technologist who is looking to deliver the BRPD service?

Would you like to move away from your typical role and deliver innovative solutions?

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert advice on building regulations and safety.
2. Act as the Principal Designer on various projects.
3. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
4. Conduct site visits and inspections.

Qualifications:

1. Registered Architect or Architectural Technologist.
2. Experience in building safety and regulations.
3. Strong communication and project management skills.
