Job Description
EGIS is a leading global engineering firm renowned for its expertise across complex infrastructure projects, particularly in the nuclear industry. With a deep commitment to safety, quality, and innovation, EGIS plays a critical role in advancing the sustainable future of energy by supporting the detailed design, engineering, and construction of nuclear power plants. As part of our mission, we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of engineering excellence and maintaining the highest industry standards. We seek talented individuals to join our dynamic team as we shape projects that contribute to the essential infrastructure of tomorrow. In this role, you will be part of a high-calibre team of Building Pilots, each playing an integral part in delivering the design key buildings of nuclear island structures, under the coordination of a Delivery Manager.
As a Building Pilot, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for delivering the detailed design of a designated nuclear island building. Your role will encompass managing the technical scope, budget, and schedule, with support from technical direction, contract management, and scheduling teams to ensure successful project delivery. This position calls for a strong background in civil works design, excellent communication skills, and effective leadership to guide your team toward project milestones and uphold EGIS’s standards of excellence.
