Sustainability Consultant - Building Physics

Location: London

Reference: CTJ44

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to become part of a design consultancy that offers their expertise in Sustainability and Building services. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake dynamic simulation modelling using IES-VE, including Part L compliance assessments, overheating assessments (Part O) and operational energy assessments
  2. Undertake domestic Part L compliance assessments (SAP)
  3. Undertake assessments using the Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP)
  4. Produce technical reports, including energy statements and overheating assessment reports
  5. Support the wider team with produced technical reports, including sustainability statements, circular economy statements and whole-life carbon assessment reports
