Building Maintenance Officer – Mechanical Services

Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a passion for maintaining and improving building services? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team and help maintain our corporate estate.

In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll handle a variety of tasks, including reactive and planned maintenance, legionella monitoring, knowledge of asbestos regulation, statutory testing, and managing gas and oil appliance servicing. The full scope of the role is available within the Job Description. Your role will also involve providing technical assistance, managing budgets, and supporting the wider team within the Maintenance Section and the Property Services Department.
