Building Maintenance Officer – Electrical Services

Are you a skilled Electrical Engineer with a passion for maintaining and improving building services? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team and help maintain our corporate estate.

In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll handle a variety of tasks, including reactive and planned maintenance, and therefore a sound knowledge of all electrical installations within commercial properties is essential. The full scope of the role is available within the Job Description. Your role will also involve providing technical assistance, managing budgets, and supporting the wider team within the Maintenance Section and the Property Services Department.

We value strong communication and organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work on one’s own initiative. You need to be customer-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working as part of a team or independently.
