The Role:

As a Residential Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing planned and reactive mechanical maintenance tasks.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults and issues.
• Carrying out additional multi-skilled duties, including basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company protocols.
• Maintaining detailed records of all work completed.

About You:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within residential properties.
• Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Multi-skilled capabilities, with knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
