Our client is a well-established property maintenance provider looking for a Building Maintenance Engineer to oversee repairs, maintenance, and servicing of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Maintain accurate records of work completed.
4. Coordinate with external contractors as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in building maintenance.
2. Relevant qualifications in engineering or maintenance.
3. Strong problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication abilities.
