This is a great opportunity for a Project Development Surveyor to join a team dedicated to developing the Council's existing assets as well as procuring and securing potential future sites and assets.

As an experienced Project Development Surveyor, you will have a varied workload including planning and surveying of potential land-based sites and projects, advising on governmental codes and regulations, and helping to manage project budgets and expenditure.

The Role:

1. Project Development Surveyor (Buildings/ Land)
2. Planning & Surveying of potential projects
3. Advising on codes and regulations
4. Site-based assessments

The Person:

1. Relevant experience in a commercial organisation or local authority
2. Practical experience with the marketing, disposal, and acquisition of land and buildings
3. Commutable from Bristol, Bath, Stroud, Weston-Super-Mare and the surrounding areas
