Building Inspector / Senior Building Inspector

Location - Nottingham

Salary - Up to £60,000 (DOE)

Our Role

We are looking for a Senior / Building Inspector to join our Nottingham team to assist in covering areas such as Nottingham, Leicester and Derby. We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Inspectors with plan checking and site inspection experience in residential and commercial projects.

You will need

• BSR registration of class 2 A, B, D, E as a minimum, for plan checking and site inspection
• Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
• Previous in-house or external building control experience
• Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
• Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
• Current valid driving licence

You will receive
