Full time 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Our Corporate Fleet Sales Team at BMW Chelmsford have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their extremely successful team. This role involves being responsible for the tasks and activities of our Fleet Sales Team to ensure a vehicle is ready for delivery or collection to meet the service level agreements set by our National, Broker and Local Business accounts and meeting Inchcape and OEM compliance standards.

We are looking for someone who thrives working within a team and a fast paced environment, who has excellent administration skills and great attention to detail.

What You’ll Do Day To Day

  1. Take full ownership of the preparation and onward delivery of the fleet vehicles to our customers.
  2. Thoroughly check vehicle specification prior to delivery ensuring the vehicle ordered matches the customer requirement.
  3. Order delivery Packs and advise customer when the vehicle is enroute to site.
  4. Book PDI with the Service department.
  5. Ensure that all documentation is in place prior to arranging delivery.
  6. Quoting support for our Broker network.
  7. To upload finance documents and order forms into fleetbase and complete the relevant compliance checks.
  8. Offer vehicle for delivery on arrival, chase delivery confirmation with the customer, always looking to reduce the length of time that a vehicle is on site.

  • Sales Administration experience
  • Experience of using multiple I.T systems
  • Experience of interacting with internal/external customers and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Highly organised, great attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight time schedules.
