The Job:
We are recruiting for a Farm Manager based in Devon. This role involves overseeing the breeding operations on a new broiler breeding site. Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing livestock breeding programs, ensuring health, welfare, and productivity.
2. Supervising daily operations, including feed, housing, and veterinary care.
3. Leading a team of assistants and technicians to deliver high standards of care and efficiency.
4. Monitoring and improving processes to enhance sustainability and production outcomes.
5. Managing budgets, inventory, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
6. Liaising with external stakeholders such as suppliers, consultants, and industry bodies.
