Job description

Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Participate in monthly renewal meetings to strategize with Producers and manage the renewal timeline, including preparation, marketing, proposal, binding, policy checking, and delivery.
  2. Provide technical support to Producers, review quotations and proposals, identify client exposures, and recommend appropriate coverage. Assist in tendering property and casualty claims through internal claims liaisons.
  3. Facilitate applications for new and renewal business, ensuring written documentation of presentations and bind orders. Maintain accurate client management system files, including applications, activities, and policy updates.
  4. Process and review endorsements and policies for accuracy, ensuring timely and precise workflow aligned with agency standards.
  5. Stay informed on market trends, cultivate and maintain carrier relationships, and leverage opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
  6. Attend relevant educational programs to enhance departmental capabilities, adhere to organizational rules, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Recommend and implement strategies to improve workflow efficiency, reduce costs, and support company objectives while acting within the scope of authority and established guidelines.
Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Property and Casualty Insurance.
  2. Experience managing general liability, commercial property, business auto, and umbrella policies.
  3. Prior experience working with an insurance agency, brokerage, or insurance carrier.
  4. Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  5. Proficient in computer systems (Microsoft Applications, Applied EPIC, Salesforce, Zoho, PATA, ReSource Pro) and highly organized, adaptable, and precise, excelling in dynamic environments and meeting deadlines.
