An established industry player is seeking a skilled contract management professional to join their Hard FM Procurement project team. This hybrid role primarily involves home-working, with occasional attendance on-site in Bristol as needed. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing a new NEC4 FMC facilities management contract, ensuring its effective management and the development of internal processes and tools. If you have a proven track record in NEC contract management and are looking for a dynamic opportunity to make an impact, this role is perfect for you.
This role will report directly to the Head of Corporate Landlord and work as part of the Hard FM Procurement project team.
The role is hybrid, with the majority of home-working. Attendance on-site in Bristol would only be expected if the work demands this for a specific reason and by mutual agreement.
Our client has procured and is about to implement a new NEC4 FMC facilities management contract with a new supplier.
Our client is looking for a contract management professional with experience in implementing this sort of contract to help us implement it confidently and develop the necessary internal processes, tools, and capability to manage the contract in-life.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience in the implementation and management of NEC contracts.
