The Opportunity: We're looking for a talented Bridging & Specialist Finance Broker to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives on closing deals, building strong client relationships, and structuring innovative lending solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Manage and convert high-quality inbound leads from a variety of sources.
2. Structuring and placing bridging, development, and specialist finance deals.
3. Managing the entire deal process from initial enquiry to completion.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, and key industry professionals.
5. Staying up to date with lender criteria, market trends, and regulatory changes.

What We're Looking For:

1. 2-3 years' experience in bridging finance, development finance, or specialist lending.
2. A proven track record of structuring and completing deals.
3. Lender relationships and a deep understanding of lending criteria.
4. Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple cases while delivering exceptional service.
6. CeMAP or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential).
