About The Role

BREWDOG ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A BREWERY TOUR GUIDE!

We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our tours are at the heart of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times.


As a Brewery Tour Guide, you’ll be right at the forefront, delivering amazing craft beer experiences to the people. Providing visitors with an engaging, informative and fun craft beer experience as you lead them through our brewery. You’ll educate guests about the brewing process, the history of BrewDog, and of course- our beers!


We are looking for a customer experience superstar, with a passion for all things brewing and distilling. You'll have a keen eye for detail and consistently drive high standards for the tours route from start to finish. You'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of guests on our tours, along with managing tour logistics and efficiently managing timing and groups of up to 20 guests. As well as providing tours on the daily, you'll also support in leading private events for key industry partners.


In this unique role, you'll have the opportunity to help develop and update the BrewDog brewery tour experience. You'll also be a key player in helping to promote BrewDog's merchandise and the events and offerings DogTap Ellon has to offer!


You’ll be led by the experienced management team in BrewDog Dogtap Ellon, you'll also work with the Tours Management team in handling enquiries and creating packages for private groups. In this role you'll also build key relationships with the brewery maintenance and health and safety teams.


This is a part time role, with potential to increase to full time for the right candidate.


About You

Due to this role being based in our brewery, passionate knowledge of the brewing & distilling process, along with an understanding of BrewDog is highly desirable for this role, but we'll offer teaching and training for all you need to know. Being a confident and engaging public speaker is essential, being able to hold a conversation in French, German or Spanish is a huge bonus!
