We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee the operations of our Breeder Farm in Lincolnshire. This role requires strong leadership, financial management, and a commitment to high standards in poultry farming. You will be responsible for all aspects of farm management, including production targets, welfare, and compliance with company and industry regulations.

The Candidate:

1. Previous experience in the agricultural sector, particularly poultry farming
2. Strong leadership and decision-making skills
3. The ability to manage a team effectively
4. Experience in budget management
5. A full UK driving license
6. Willingness to undertake relevant training, including NVQ Level 3
