Role Overview:
As the Breakfast Chef, you will be at the heart of creating an unforgettable breakfast experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing a range of high-quality, delicious breakfast options, ensuring that each dish reflects the luxury and attention to detail our hotel is known for. This is your chance to contribute to the creation of an exceptional dining experience in a brand-new, state-of-the-art kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes, including a la carte options and buffet-style offerings.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety regulations.
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation that meets the hotel’s luxury standards.
• Manage breakfast service efficiently, ensuring all items are prepared on time and to the highest quality.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new and innovative breakfast menu items.
• Keep inventory and stock levels in check, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, accommodating dietary requirements and special requests as needed.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during breakfast hours.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

About You:

• Proven experience as a breakfast chef or in a similar role within a high-end hotel or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak service times.
• Passion for high-quality, fresh ingredients and delivering exceptional food experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
• A flexible approach to working hours, including early mornings and weekends, as required.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (Food Safety Level 2 qualification preferred).
