Job Description

Are you passionate about creating exceptional breakfast experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to take charge of our morning service and deliver high-quality dishes that surprise and delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day breakfast service, ensuring timely delivery and the highest standards of food quality.
• Prepare and present buffet and plated breakfasts in line with brand standards.
• Plan and manage stock levels, ensuring menu items are consistently available.
• Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene practices, following HACCP guidelines.
• Train and develop junior kitchen team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Minimise waste through effective stock rotation and portion control.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar Breakfast Chef role within a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
• A strong passion for food, with excellent cooking skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with great communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high standards.
