Hours: 7:00am – 9:00am & 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Are you passionate about working with children and looking for a rewarding part-time role? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring individuals to join a thriving Breakfast and After School Club team in Reading.

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Club Worker to support children before and after school. You will play a key role in providing a safe, engaging, and fun environment for primary-aged pupils.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and supervising a range of fun, age-appropriate activities
• Preparing and serving breakfast and snacks
• Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment at all times
• Supporting children's social and emotional development
• Maintaining good communication with staff, children, and parents

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience working with children (formal or informal)
• A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative
• An up-to-date DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
• Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification is desirable but not essential
