Salary: £21,695 per annum (30-hour week)Uncapped Commission: OTE £39k+

What We’re Looking For

  • Age Requirement: You must be over 21 years old to apply.
  • Driver’s License & Vehicle: A full driving license with continuous access to your own car is essential, along with valid insurance and MOT.
  • Sales & Customer Service Experience: A strong background in sales and customer service is key to success in this role.
  • Target-Driven Mindset: Previous experience working in a target-based environment and a drive to exceed goals.
  • Personable & Engaging: A natural people-person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Self-Motivated & Independent: You thrive working autonomously, staying driven and proactive without constant supervision.
  • Relationship Builder: Ability to quickly establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
  • Detail-Oriented & Reliable: Punctuality and accuracy in timekeeping and data reporting are critical for this role.
  • Passionate & Purpose-Driven: Committed to making a positive impact.
  • Long-Term Commitment & Flexibility: This is a long-term opportunity with flexible scheduling, ideally 5 days per week, 6 hours per day (shifts vary by store).
