Job description

We are excited to be working with a fast-growing, global FMCG business, known in the market for its diverse portfolio of high-quality, reliable products!

They are currently on the lookout for a Brand Marketing Manager, who is ready to join a fantastic business and be a part of the continuous growth!

With a current turnover of over £8 billion, they are taking the market by storm and have achieved 12% YoY growth over the past 3 years! You will represent a market leading brand portfolio developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth.

What will you be doing?
  1. Develop and manage marketing and promotional communications to retail partners, to maximise the brand’s profile and encourage participation.
  2. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions.
  3. Work alongside the wider Commercial function to support marketing plans, promotions, and activations.
  4. Have insight and an understanding of retail partner strategies and channels for implementation of shopper marketing activities on their respective channels e.g., social media, e-commerce platforms and in-store.
  5. Analyse and report on brand performance to determine ROI.
  6. Monitor market and consumer trends.
  7. Develop pricing and distribution strategies.
What do you need?
  1. A minimum of 3 years experience in Brand Management.
  2. Experience within the FMCG industry, working within a branded business.
  3. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  4. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  5. A team leader, able to inspire others.
  6. Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box.
