Brand Marketing Executive - Corporate Sales - Estee Lauder Companies

Description

This role will be reporting into and will support the Retail Director for Corporate Stores in executing marketing strategies and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns and initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual eager to further build a career in marketing. The Marketing Executive will assist in implementing key marketing activities, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute consumer launch plans and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Coordinate brand sampling programs, managing sample inventory and liaising with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the adaptation and execution of global marketing content for local markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights.
  • Work with sales and retail teams to implement marketing initiatives that drive in-store and online engagement.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, contributing to analytics and ROI assessments.
  • Assist in pricing activities, including competitor analysis and the implementation of new product pricing.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce and digital teams to optimize online marketing efforts.

Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Implementing local marketing strategies aligned with global brand guidelines.
  • Execution of product launches, promotional activities, and integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Support high-traffic retail moments strategy by developing seasonal and regional marketing plans.
  • Responsibility for managing Friends & Family tickets and the SPC strategy.
  • Ownership of the marketing cost centre budgets.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to provide insights for innovative marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and inform future planning.

Content and Campaign Management

  • Develop consumer events, both in-store and virtual, and lead post-event analysis to identify insights and best practices.
  • Assist with pop-ups, partnerships, and experiential activations to enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage event communication strategies across all channels, including email, social, and online platforms.
  • Creation and mailing out in-store POS to drive retail promotional activity.

Retail and Digital Marketing

  • Partner with retailers and wider teams to coordinate and execute marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Monitor and report on retail marketing performance, market trends, and competitor activity to refine future strategies.
  • Foster relationships with centers of excellence to maximise brand visibility and secure marketing opportunities.
  • Creating bi-annual retailer strategy presentations and integrating global content into localised marketing plans.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing role or related field, preferably in luxury, beauty, or retail sectors.
  • Creative and highly commercial.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfort with data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
