The role:
- As Brand Marketing & Digital Director EMEA you will be responsible for leading a large cross functional team across brand strategy & execution, market & customer insights, digital customer experience & loyalty.
- In the role, you will deliver and execute a brand strategy that combines global strategic direction with regional and local markets. You will work with global teams to develop and influence global campaigns that create in-market opportunities to enhance customer experiences.
- As the brand guardian, you will ensure trust, relevance, and consistency across channels and customer/product touch points.
- Championing customer, market, and brand insights, you will build long-term relationships with consumers across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- You will develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer experience and rewards across all markets, driving customer acquisition and retention.
- You will manage significant budgets and agency relationships, ensuring brand and financial return on investment.
- You will inspire, develop, and motivate the team to exceed expectations, encouraging cross-functional collaboration with global, regional, and market teams to drive success.
Ideal candidate:
- You will have strong experience in a senior leadership marketing role within a consumer-focused Food & Beverage organisation, ideally from QSR, hospitality, or food retail, with essential international experience.
- You will be a highly experienced marketer with a proven track record of owning a P&L and developing and delivering brand, marketing, and digital strategy in a fast-paced global consumer organisation.
- You will have excellent breadth of marketing capability, with experience across digital customer experience and rewards as part of a generalist marketing role.
- Being results-focused, you will demonstrate a deep passion for the customer and have a hunger for understanding and interpreting trends and insights to drive decision-making. You will have a proven ability to focus on commercial results and prioritize in an ambiguous, ever-changing, fast-paced consumer environment.
- Ideally, you will have worked with various markets and be able to flex your style and leadership approach depending on different markets and cultures.
- You will be highly collaborative, with strong relationship-building and cross-functional working skills that ensure end-to-end delivery across multiple functions.
- You will be a strong leader, having developed, led, and inspired teams of at least 10.
- It is essential to have fantastic stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and communication skills both internally and externally, including regular communication with senior individuals at the board level and participation in global leadership forums and projects.
Benefits & details:
- Excellent package – up to £160,000 plus car allowance, bonus, and excellent benefits.
- Location = Role split between West London office (2 days a week) and home (3 days a week), plus will involve 20% international travel (4-6 planned trips across the year).
