Brand Manager / London / £50k - £60k per annum

6 months Temporary Contract

Are you passionate about skincare and ready to make a significant impact in the beauty industry? Our client, a leading company, is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to join their team and drive the brand strategy for a physician-dispensed skincare brand across the UK and Ireland. If you have a knack for marketing, a keen understanding of the beauty market, and the ability to engage healthcare professionals, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Implementation: Develop and implement plans to achieve business goals and objectives. Understand market, competitors, and stakeholders through customer visits, trade publications, and research. Collaborate with the Sales team to translate insights into effective marketing activities.
  2. Engagement: Drive strong engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) through educational programs. Execute customer education plans, including training and webinars, in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager and medical education team. Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and explore opportunities at academic congresses.
  3. Communication: Implement communication plans and promotional materials for HCPs and patients. Develop and manage educational and promotional materials, maximizing digital channels for efficient communication. Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to deliver marketing activities, including webinars, campaign materials, and CRM. Execute PR activities with the PR agency, media, and influencers. Support the execution and control of logo and visuals.

Ideal Person:

  1. Degree level education, preferably in Marketing or Business.
  2. 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally in premium cosmetics, OTC, or beauty-related businesses.
  3. Knowledge of integrated marketing and communication strategies.
  4. Experience in developing promotional materials and event planning.
  5. Ability to build strong relationships with KOLs and communicate effectively with HCPs.
  6. Aesthetics customer/market knowledge is desirable.
