The Animal People Recruitment is thrilled to be exclusively recruiting for a dynamic and innovative client in the pet industry, who is entering an exciting phase of growth! Known for their award-winning products, our client is seeking a passionate Brand Manager to drive brand strategy, enhance digital marketing efforts, and strengthen their market presence.

This role offers a competitive salary starting at £35K, hybrid working (3/4 days in the office), 28 days holiday, and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy & Awareness: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
  2. Marketing Campaigns: Lead marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and retail channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, packaging, and positioning.
  3. Performance Marketing: Manage and optimise PPC campaigns on Amazon, Google, and social media platforms, using data-driven insights to enhance ad performance and ROI.
  4. Market Research & Insights: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences, refining branding strategies accordingly.
  5. Trade Marketing & Partnerships: Develop trade marketing strategies to support wholesale and retail partnerships, driving brand visibility in key markets.
  6. Collaboration & Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
  7. Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and strong return on investment.
  8. External Partnerships: Build relationships with designers, agencies, media, and other external partners to support brand initiatives.

We’d Love to See Candidates With:

  1. Experience in brand management, marketing, or digital advertising, ideally within the pet industry or FMCG.
  2. Strong understanding of PPC, digital marketing, and performance marketing (Amazon, Google, or social media).
  3. Excellent analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking.
  4. A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for brand storytelling.
  5. Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  6. A proactive, results-driven approach, thriving in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
