Position Overview

As an RL Visual Merchandiser, our Brand Image Coordinators ensure the implementation of our seasonal guidelines and execution of rigs and interior/window displays in our own operated Retail stores in the London region as well as other Flagships across London with the goal to enhance brand aesthetic and to create a memorable customer shopping experience.

Flexible and changeable hours - can require early start being in store at 7am to finish circa 4pm.


Responsibilities

  1. Create and develop seasonal floorplans
  2. Manage and implement seasonal change-over (visual strategies)
  3. Ensure all product presentation guidelines are implemented and maintained
  4. Manage the presentation of POS material
  5. Planning and implementation of new corner openings
  6. Drive sales through invigorating in-store visual merchandising presentations

Training

  1. Liaise with Communication Team and In-Store Management regarding all product seasonal presentation initiatives
  2. Organise, prepare and conduct seasonal training seminars for in-store staff
  3. Cascade seasonal and quarterly product flow directives as well as changes to teams
  4. Constantly train all Ralph Lauren sales staff and management on new directives
  5. Developing in-store training material
  6. Ensure that the staff is utilising Retail Web and Corporate directives when applicable

Reporting & Communication

  1. Regular analysis and report on sales volume compared to stock levels
  2. Feedback call outs and store needs to Regional corporate management
  3. Communicate Visual and sales Results by creating weekly visit reports

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  1. Creativity and very elevated visual merchandising skills
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  3. Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills
  4. Willingness to travel around central London
