What you’ll do

Being a Brand Excellence Coach is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:

• Ensuring Costa brand standards are implemented and maintained across all served and self-served platforms and identify potential performance and implementation gaps across those platforms to enable the relevant training/coaching solutions to be implemented effectively.
• Evaluating, ensuring and enhancing the delivery of Brand standards across all ownership models and self-served platforms.
• Providing hands-on operational guidance, insight, and coaching at store level in aspects of brand excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Giving guidance to equity/partners on operational excellence and delivery of the world’s highest levels of customer satisfaction within the store operations.
• Delivering site level training for all Express swaps and installations to ensure brand standards are implemented and any health and safety related activity is fully understood at site.
• Supporting and guiding the lowest performing stores/machines through a hands-on approach and a display of the perfect operation.
