Job description

Sustainable Times is seeking a Brand & Creative Manager to lead, manage, and take full creative and brand responsibility for Sustainable Times and its Group of Companies. This senior creative leadership role involves overseeing various design projects, including brochures, digital ads (image and video), video production, and overall branding and creative strategy. The ideal candidate will provide a clear, focused, and inspirational brand and creative design direction, aiming for the highest standards of creative excellence across the media, tech, recruitment, and investment industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Brand Leadership:
    • Own the brand and creative direction for all branding and creative projects across the group.
    • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company’s goals and enhance visibility in the market.
  2. Creative Project Management:
    • Lead and manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet budget, scope, and timeline.
    • Champion creative excellence, maintaining high standards for all visual and written content.
    • Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of projects, aligning with the group's commercial objectives.
  3. Team Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the image and video design and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Collaborate closely with project management teams to streamline processes and enhance output efficiency.
    • Develop strong relationships within the team, promoting a culture of trust, respect, and shared success.
  4. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as a strategic and creative partner to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Utilize advanced communication skills to effectively present ideas and strategies, persuading and influencing decision-making.
  5. Innovation and Industry Insight:
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends in sustainable business and investment, applying insights to creative projects.
    • Encourage a culture of innovation and creativity within the team, pushing the boundaries of traditional design and branding.

Candidate Profile:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen analytical mind.
  • Highly collaborative, with a talent for building relationships and encouraging team growth.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with an exceptional eye for detail.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Associate Creative/Brand Manager or Creative/Brand Manager).
  • Demonstrated success in leading collaborative multi-functional teams.
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and design skills.
  • Strong project planning experience, with a track record of managing budgets and timelines.
