Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a Brand Consultant to join its thriving ladies fashion department in London – Knightsbridge. As the new Brand Consultant for Courreges, you will work 40 hours a week in our flagship store.

About the role…
As a Brand Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:

• Provide expert style advice about your brand to our customers
• Deliver a memorable 5* customer experience
• Be a proud ambassador for the brand and maximize sales to our customers
• Ensure your department looks amazing and is merchandised well
• Know everything about your brand and share thoughts on current/future trends
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
• Be flexible; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proven experience working within the luxury retail environment, attracting new customers, and maintaining the highest standards within the industry
• You are stylish, fun, and welcoming, with a passion for fashion
• Great knowledge and passion for all things fashion
• You are great at talking to people
