Position Overview

VfastParks is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our internet connectivity services at holiday parks across the UK. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, engaging with customers, and promoting innovative solutions.


As a Brand Ambassador, you will walk through parks, speak directly with holiday home owners, and promote our high-speed internet services. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, generating leads, and ensuring that holiday parks understand the value of reliable, high-quality connectivity for their guests. Weekend travel is required, as you will be visiting different park locations across the country.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  1. On-Site Promotion – Walk through holiday parks, introduce VfastParks’ internet solutions, and engage with potential customers.
  2. Customer Engagement – Speak with park owners, operators, and holiday home owners, explaining the benefits of our services and answering their questions.
  3. Lead Generation – Identify interested customers, collect contact details, and assist with service sign-ups.
  4. Brand Representation – Represent VfastParks professionally at events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  5. Marketing Collaboration – Support outreach campaigns, social media content, and other promotional initiatives.
  6. Customer Feedback – Gather insights from park residents and owners to help improve service offerings.
  7. Weekend Travel – Be available to travel and stay away on weekends to visit different holiday park locations.

Qualifications And Requirements

  1. Enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people.
  2. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging way.
  3. Comfortable with walking around parks and speaking to multiple customers daily.
  4. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  5. Previous experience in promotions, sales, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
  6. Social media savvy – use of Facebook to promote the brand and interact with customers.
  7. Ability to travel and stay overnight on weekends when needed.
  8. UK driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Salary is £24000 - £25000 plus commission.
