Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide guidance on product selection and skin care advice.
- Present products using interactive materials such as videos, charts, and slideshows.
- Perform mini facials and hand demos, disseminate product samples, brochures, and flyers, and assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for.
- Engage with customers to discover their wants and needs and build productive trust relationships.
- Achieve the monthly targets and 'Go the extra mile' to drive sales.
- Maintain in-stock availability and presentable condition in assigned areas.
- Ensure that the visual merchandising of the FOREO Brand in-store complies with the planogram.
- Continuously seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer.
- Conduct brand/product training for peers when required.
- Submit weekly reports with customer feedback and identify missing opportunities.
- Attend and support FOREO brand events.
- Provide a customer-centric culture to customers and colleagues.
- Perform all other activities as requested by the Supervisor in line with job position requirements.
