We’re hiring for a part-time, permanent position with REL Mondelez, working with some of the most iconic brands out there, including Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita, and Maynards Bassetts.

Here’s what’s on offer:

• Flexible Hours: Work 24 hours a week, Tuesday through Thursday – giving you long weekends to enjoy!
• Pay: £11.50/hour (up to £13.23/hour OTE) + 15% bonus Opportunity + 34p/mile + amazing incentives – great pay for part-time hours.
• Local Territory: Cover Gravesend, Kent, Crayford, Strood, and surrounding areas.
• The Role: You’ll be travelling to four local grocery stores per day to discuss product placement, build relationships with store managers, and explore further marketing opportunities. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be directly involved in boosting product visibility and driving sales in-store.

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail, Grocery, Sales, or Supermarket Experience: Experience in these areas is highly preferred.
• Positive Attitude: We’re looking for someone enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• People Skills: The ability to build rapport and connect with store managers.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
• Driving License & Vehicle: Essential to travel between stores within your local area.
