Job Description
Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies.
Collaborate with sales team to maximise brand presence and increase market share.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the beauty industry.
Work closely with the marketing internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with key retailers within the beauty industry.
Negotiate with retailers, suppliers and agencies to ensure increased brand visibility and ROI.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure return on investment.
Stay updated with latest trends in the beauty industry and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Trade Marketing Manager' should have:
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies within the beauty space.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Previous experience negotiating.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
