The Role of the Branch Sales Specialist:

1. Act as the in-branch expert for commercial plumbing and heating products.
2. Drive sales growth through direct customer engagement.
3. Develop new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
4. Work closely with the internal sales team, leveraging leads for follow-up.
5. Re-engage lapsed customers using historical data to generate new business.
6. Conduct client visits to promote and expand the commercial arm of the business.
7. Provide quotations, source products, and build lasting customer relationships.
8. Ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment, meeting customer expectations.
9. Deliver exceptional after-sales service and manage delivery logistics.
10. Support branch colleagues by sharing expertise and product knowledge.
