The Package:
Basic Salary:Up to £35,000, dependent on experience.
Guaranteed Minimum Commission: For the first 4 months to ensure a smooth transition.
Uncapped Commission Structure: Scaled up to 15%, with realistic OTE of £60,000+.
Quarterly Bonuses: Available for achieving Financial Services (FS) and Solicitor Referral targets.
Annual Bonus: £10,000 available if the office meets its annual sales and lettings targets.
Additional Fees: Earn extra income through successful internal referrals to FS or Development teams.
