Job Description

Service Excellence:

  • Oversee high-quality service management, ensuring continuous improvement in client services.
  • Proactively manage resources and planning to maintain fully trained personnel.
  • Ensure a client-oriented approach, reflected in positive client feedback (NPS scores).
  • Deliver Securitas' high-quality standards in line with clients' Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Achieve operational performance targets, including indirect costs, labour efficiency, employee turnover, diversity, and inclusivity.
  • Monitor branch KPIs related to people, safety, operations, customers, and finance.
  • Collaborate with the Protective Services Development Manager (PSDM) to drive service excellence and operational effectiveness.

Leadership:

  • Foster high levels of employee engagement, promoting Securitas' Core Values and Purpose.
  • Recognize and reward outstanding staff performance through nominations and awards.
  • Implement proactive succession planning to ensure operational continuity.
  • Cultivate a continuous improvement culture, aligning operations with key performance outcomes.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with an empathetic and people-focused approach.
  • Proven track record in delivering operational excellence.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and networks.

  • Experience in team leadership and managing conflicting priorities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven track record in operational service delivery with a strong focus on customer service.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and personal presence.
  • Experience in P&L ownership, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • 5 year Checkable Employment History.
  • Driving Licence.

Qualifications

Specific Skills & Experience:

  • Strong people management skills with experience in leading and motivating diverse teams.
  • Understanding of using processes to drive operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety (H&S) regulations and their impact on employees.
  • Ability to use business intelligence tools to optimize operations.
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including out-of-hours shifts, to engage with staff.
