Branch Network Manager (Logistics)

My client is looking to secure a National Branch Manager, looking after 6 hubs nationwide.

Managing and working alongside the existing branch managers, this role is all about assisting and growing the branches to their full potential.

Working within Coventry but spending time out on the road visiting the sites, this role is about really working in partnership with the Managers to ensure that the best service is provided across the client network.

Responsibilities include:

1. Looking at budgets, profit and losses, and how to move the individual branches forward.
2. Assisting in forecasting, recruitment, development, and training of staff members to push the KPIs, productivity, and profitability of the individual depots.
3. Looking at the national overall setup and moving the branch network forward to deliver business and branch targets.

Minimum Requirements:

1. You will have worked on a national basis before and have a strong background within logistics management.
2. Experience of vehicle movement would also be advantageous.
